Another Poll Shows Trumps Approval Ratings At Lowest of All Time

Every time there is a new poll, Trump’s approval ratings go lower and lower. And the new Quinnipiac poll is no different.

The poll says that only 38 percent of Americans approve of Trump’s job performance, while 55 percent disapprove.

The 17-point difference in Trump’s approval rating is the worst he’s fared in a poll since taking office in January, according to Quinnipiac.

“President Trump’s popularity is sinking like a rock,” Tim Malloy, the assistant director of the poll, said in a statement announcing the findings. “He gets slammed on honesty, empathy, level headedness and the ability to unite. And two of his strong points, leadership and intelligence, are sinking to new lows. This is a terrible survey one month in.”

On the other hand, Mike Pence received a nearly even favorability rating, with 41 percent approving and 40 percent disapproving.

Quinnipiac University surveyed a pool of 1,323 voters between Feb. 16 and 21. The margin of error is 2.7 percentage points.
