1. AP: TRUMP WHITE HOUSE TOLD TO PRESERVE RUSSIA-RELATED DOCUMENTS

The Associated Press is reporting that the White House council’s office has instructed Trump’s White House staff to “preserve materials that could be connected to Russian interference in the 2016 election and related issues.”

In the last days of the Obama administration, according to the New York Times, “some White House officials scrambled to spread information about Russian efforts to undermine the presidential election — and about possible contacts between associates of Donald Trump and Russians — across the government.”

3. AG SESSIONS LIED TO SENATE, SPOKE TWICE WITH RUSSIAN AMB. DURING CAMPAIGN

Justice Department officials have confirmed that Jeff Sessions, who is now our Attorney General, spoke with Russia’s ambassador to the United States twice last year – during the time he was part of the Trump campaign. To make matters worse, then-Senator Sessions did not disclose this during his confirmation hearing to become attorney general.
