FBI Has Evidence Of Collusion Between Trump Team and Russia: Report
The has evidence of collusion between Donald Trump associates and the Russian operatives to coordinate the release of damaging information about Hillary Clinton, according to a CNN report.
“The FBI is now reviewing that information, which includes human intelligence, travel, business and phone records and accounts of in-person meetings, according to those U.S. officials,” CNN said in its report.
A law enforcement official told CNN that “people connected to the campaign were in contact and it appeared they were giving the thumbs up to release information when it was ready.”
On Monday FBI Director James Comey said that the FBI has been investigating possible collusion between the Trump campaign the Russian government.
The source told CNN that while the FBI has not yet found sufficient evidence to prove collusion “the information suggesting collusion is now a large focus of the investigation.”
