Schumer: Never Seen An Administration As ‘Incompetent’ As This One
Democratic Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Friday blasted Donald Trump for his administrations epic incompetence.
“The TrumpCare bill failed because of two traits that have plagued the Trump presidency since he took office: incompetence and broken promises,” Schumer said to reporters.
“I have never seen an administration as incompetent as the one occupying the White House,” Schumer continued.
Schumer also said that the fact that Republicans were forced to pull the bill confirms they can’t do the basics of counting votes.
“So much for the art of the deal,” Schumer joked.
And on the idea that Trump floated that the real losers are Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, the Democrat said, “It’s another one of his big tall tales. He couldn’t get enough Republican votes, he never tried to reach out to Democrats in any way. So the blame falls with president trump and with the Republicans.”
