Judge Donald Trump Called ‘A Mexican’ Will Hear Dreamer Deportation Case

Do you believe in Karma yet Donald?

Donald Trump is about to face off with a familiar foe. In the lawsuit over the deportation of a Dreamer, the federal judge who will hear the case is the same judge that Donald Trump made racist attacks on last year.

You might remember that in June Donald Trump was in the middle of a fraud lawsuit over his fake university. And Trump launched a series of racist attacks on Judge Curiel who was hearing the case.

“He’s a Mexican. We’re building a wall between here and Mexico. The answer is, he is giving us very unfair rulings — rulings that people can’t even believe,” Trump said of Curiel.

Judge Curiel was born in Indiana, but we don’t have time for facts in Trump’s America. There is only enough time for racism.

On Wednesday, the universe saw fit to randomly assign Curiel to the case involving Juan Manuel Montes who is an undocumented immigrant that was protected under President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.  But despite the fact that Montes is a Dreamer, the Trump administration deported him anyway.
