Durbin says Senator Lindsey Graham confronted Trump over the statement.
Senator Dick Durbin, who was in yesterday’s Oval Office meeting with President Trump confirmed the reports that Trump referred to Haiti and African countries as “sh-thole countries.”
“I cannot believe that in the history of the White House — in that Oval Office — any president has spoken the words that I personally heard our president speak yesterday.”
