Another Senior Trump White House Official Just Resigned For Domestic Abuse
Trump speechwriter David Sorensen just resigned after previous domestic abuse allegations came to light.
Late Friday, a report in The Washington Post confirmed that another senior Trump White House official has resigned amid domestic abuse allegations from a previous marriage.
According to The Washington Post, David Sorensen – one of Trump’s speechwriters – will resign from his post at the White House.
The resignation of Sorensen follows on the bombshell scandal that erupted this week with the revelation that one of Trump’s most senior White House staffers Rob Porter had been denied a security clearance by the FBI but was operating in that position for over a year.
Rob Porter resigned this week when news of previous domestic abuse allegations against him came to light.
