Republican Operative Admits Colluding With Russia Against Hillary, Dems

A bombshell new report published on Thursday confirms that Republican political operatives were working with Russian agents to hurt Hillary Clinton and Democrats during the election.

The report is the first evidence of collusion by Americans with the Russians.

According to the report, after learning that the hacker tapped into the Democratic National Committee servers, Republican Aaron Nevis asked Russia-linked hacker Guccifer 2.0 for the hacked data saying “feel free to send any Florida based information.”

The Wall Street Journal reported that Republican operative Aaron Nevins received 2.5 gigabytes of hacked information from Guccifer 2.0.

Nevins set up a Dropbox account to allow Guccifer 2.0 to share the 2.5 gigabytes of stolen documents, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The Republican operative then published some of the material on the blog HelloFLA.com, using a pseudonym.

Guccifer 2.0 then sent a link to the blog post to Republican operative to Donald Trump’s longtime friend and adviser Roger Stone.

Nevins told the Wall Street Journal in an interview that after receiving the stolen documents from the hacker he “realized it was a lot more than even Guccifer knew that he had.”

The documents that were leaked to Nevins included voter analysis in key Florida districts that broke down how many people were considered dependable Democratic voters, undecided Democrats, Republican voters, etc.

It was previously unclear how much material was sent and who the operative behind the blog was.

The new report by the Wall Street Journal details the lengths that the Russians went to work with Republicans against Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. It also confirms that the effort was more than just hack and leak of information but an orchestrated campaign to help Donald Trump win the election.
