Three States Suing To Block Trump’s New Muslim-Ban Democratic attorneys general for three states have announced that they will be asking the court for a temporary block on Donald Trump’s new Muslim-ban which was signed this week. In February, District Court Judge James Robart blocked Donald Trump’s first Muslim-ban and Robart’s ruling was upheld by the Ninth Circut Court of Appeals.
