People attending Trump’s speech during the 2017 Conservative Political Action Conference could be seen waving small Russian flags with the word “Trump” on it.
It appeared to be a prank – and CPAC workers quickly began to collect the flags after they were being waived. But that didn’t stop people from waving them.
