3rd GOP Senator Says He Will Vote Against Trumpcare

Looks like we can say “bye, bye” to Trumpcare. Republican Senator Dean Heller from Nevada has announced that he will vote against Trumpcare.

Heller is the third Republican to oppose the bill, so if all Democrats vote against the legislation along with the Republicans, Trumpcare will be dead.

Of course, Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell are trying to rush this bill, setting a three week schedule. But with the House Freedom Caucus remaining opposed to the legislation, the bill may not make it out of the House. If Trumpcare survives the House, it won’t make it out of the Senate.

While House Republicans oppose Obamacare replacement because it contains too much Obamacare, Senate Republicans, like Heller, are concerned about killing the Medicaid expansion and throwing millions off of their health insurance.
