Nancy Pelosi Says Sean Spicer To Be Fired Over Hitler Remarks

Nancy Pelosi called for Sean Spicer to be fired saying “Either he is speaking for the President, or the President should have known better than to hire him.”

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday called on Donald Trump to fire press secretary Sean Spicer after Spicer falsely claimed that Adolf Hitler didn’t use chemical weapons during World War II.

“Either he is speaking for the President, or the President should have known better than to hire him,” Pelosi said in a statement.

In her statement, Pelosi noted that “While Jewish families across America celebrate Passover, the chief spokesman of this White House is downplaying the horror of the Holocaust.”

Washington, D.C. – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi released the following statement on White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer’s statements regarding the Holocaust:

“While Jewish families across America celebrate Passover, the chief spokesman of this White House is downplaying the horror of the Holocaust.

“Sean Spicer must be fired, and the President must immediately disavow his spokesman’s statements. Either he is speaking for the President, or the President should have known better than to hire him.”
