Comey Will Dispute Past Trump Statements In His Senate Testimony

James Comey Testimony Will Prove Trump’s Been Lying About Russia Investigation This Whole Time.

Former FBI Director James Comey is expected to testify Thursday that he never told Donald Trump that he wasn’t under investigation.

According to a new report by CNN, “Comey is expected to tell senators that he never assured Trump he was not under investigation, because such assurances would have been improper.”

When Trump fired Comey, he included a bizarre section thanking him for telling him he was not under investigation.

“…I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation,” Trump wrote.

And while Comey will not offer an opinion on whether Trump obstructed justice by pressuring him to drop the Russia investigation, he plans to present himself as a “fact witness.”

According to a CNN source, Comey “will leave the legal analysis for others.”

Comey will also testify about Donald Trump asking him to take a loyalty oath and Trump pressuring him to drop the Flynn investigation.
