Trump was traveling to West Virginia to participate in a roundtable regarding the Republican tax law. As he was walking to Air Force One, news cameras caught his hair flopping all over the place.
In the video, you see him touching his hair to see what was going on. However, there was no stopping his hair flying all over the place.
