Republican Health Bill Covers Just 5 Percent Of Pre-Existing Conditions: Report Sick people would be charged significantly more for health insurance leading to loss of coverage.  Republicans are insisting that they have allocated money to subsidize the high-risk pools for people with pre-existing conditions but a new study finds there nowhere near enough money to protect people with pre-existing health conditions.
