Rachel Maddow Wins Ratings Race For 4th Straight Week
The Rachel Maddow Show continues its ratings surge among the key 25-54 demo.
MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show was the highest rated cable news show among the key 25 to 54 demographic for the 4th consecutive week.
Maddow’s show averaged 623,800 in the younger demo while The O’Reilly Factor averaged just 545,200 viewers in the same demo.
The Rachel Maddow Show averaged 2.70 million total viewers for the week of March 27 beating all other cable news shows.
In an interview with Adweek Maddow said, “One of the things that’s really rewarding for me about this surge in viewer interest is that we’re really doing the same work now that we’ve been doing all along.”
“There’s apparently just an increased appetite for it right now.”
