James Comey Just Responded To The Bogus Nunes Memo
Former FBI Director calls the Nunes memo “dishonest and misleading.”
Former FBI Director James Comey blasted the so-called Nunes Memo calling it “dishonest and misleading.”
In a new post on Twitter, Comey opened by saying “That’s it?”
“Dishonest and misleading memo wrecked the House intel committee, destroyed trust with Intelligence Community, damaged relationship with FISA court, and inexcusably exposed classified investigation of an American citizen. For what? DOJ & FBI must keep doing their jobs,” Comey continued.
President Trump approved the release of the memo despite the strong objections and concerns from both the FBI and Department of Justice because of inaccuracies and the risk of compromising national security.
