White House Forced To Hand Over Accounting Of Flynn’s Last 18 Days

A new report by The Washington Post reveals previously unreported evidence of Trump’s obstruction.

President Trump, according to a new report, pressured his White House Counsel to instruct the then Acting Deputy Attorney General to force FBI Director James Comey to announce publically that Trump was not under investigation.

This is not the only case of Trump attempting to pressure senior national security and Justice Department officials to publically absolved him in the Russia investigation.

The revelation was part of a bombshell new report by The Washington Post Wednesday which detailed previously unreported details about the early days of the Trump White House.

The Washington Post also reported that White House Counsel Don McGahn’s office has prepared a detailed “reconstruction” of the 18 days between the time of Acting Attorney General Sally Yates came to warn the White House about Michael Flynn and Flynn’s eventual resignation.

That detailed accounting of the 18 days between Yates’ warning and Flynn’s departure from the White House has now been handed over to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team.
